I cannot thank the Rehab Restoration team enough for their professionalism, punctuality and dedication towards completion of their tasks from start to finish. From the time that my insurance company introduced me to the folks regarding water leakage in the house, until the project got completed, they have been at their absolute best! They were also more than happy to work around my schedule in order to accommodate me. They even did a final walkthrough with me thereby making sure that everything looked perfect! Lynnell, Asher, Mac, Justine and Jason are phenomenal but the ones I closely interacted with during the entire process were mainly Lynnell, Asher and Justine. They were absolutely amazing and I want to thank each one of them personally for their sincerity and hard work. I will definitely recommend them to others.

We had a sudden water issue happen the night before we were to leave for vacation. Not only did Lynnell Brownlow answer the phone after 5 pm, but within hours one of her amazing team, Asher B. arrived with William, checked and verified the source, inspected my whole house to make sure there were no other probable or possible leaks, neatly cut and removed all the damaged sheetrock in three rooms without demolishing my crown molding! They had power fans set up and running to dry out the moisture and even came back and checked the status of the house the following day. I was able to leave for vacation knowing Lynnell, Asher and my Rehab team had it handled. Their communication from the start and throughout was such a relief and removed any anxiety!
Additionally Asher will be meeting me when the insurance adjuster arrives to help me clearly communicate the situation.
I am blown away by the care, competence, conscientiousness and professionalism of Lynnell, Asher, William and Rehab Restoration. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Rehab Restoration was contacted after a pipe burst causing extensive damage to my ceiling and hardwood floors. I was very impressed with how quickly the team came out and performed a thorough walk-through and provide an estimate to my Insurance company to get the ball rolling. Stephen Wahrer, the Team Lead was very responsive and patient with me...I had MANY questions and was quite concern due to the inconvenience the water damage caused. Stephen was always so polite, kind and understanding of me being frustrated at times. The work was done in a timely manner and I couldn't be more pleased with how the work the team performed turned out! I would highly recommend Rehab Restoration!

The rehab restoration team did a great job. They immediately came out after our issue occurred and brought all the proper equipment, and kept us updated every step of the way. Without a doubt, the best people I’ve ever had work on our house. Mac and his team were incredibly thorough. We suffered a major loss with our home and got screwed by State Farm (you’ve been warned).
A little long for a review, but they’re good folks. Not State Farm, Rehab Restoration. State Farm sucks.

Our home and lives were forever changed when a massive tree crushed our house during Hurricane Helene. We are lucky to be alive. But also lucky to have found Rehab. An actual person answered the phone and came to our house one day after the storm. They have been, not only responsive, but kind and compassionate. They have made us feel hopeful as they work with us on our journey back home.Thank you guys so much for having hearts!
